The development of new energy vehicles is an important measure to achieve the development vision of carbon neutrality of the century-old automotive industry. In order to further strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, accelerate the integrated development of automotives, energy, transportation, information and communication, and expedite the breakthrough of obstacles to the marketization of new energy vehicles, the 3rd World New Energy Vehicle Congress will be held in Haikou, Hainan from September 15 to 17, 2021, themed by "Comprehensively Promoting Marketization, Accelerating Cross-industry Integration, and Jointly Achieving Carbon Neutrality".
